Fellowship Programs
The fellowship process offers a complete experience of building a micro service venture.
The approach is inherently flexible and the fellowship process has been adapted to address emerging needs and issues.
As a Plustrust fellow you will get :
Fellows identify their core purpose, design a service for a clearly defined user group, and pilot the activity. With support and on- ground mentoring from our Anchors our fellows to develop and ground a project idea. They build local networks and contacts relevant for the project and gain acceptance and support from the community. Through this process programmes, fellows build strength in three core areas: Personal Effectiveness, Project Management and Professionalism.
Applications are screened and selected candidates interviewed. Applicants understand the model and Plustrust understands the idea and the context. The next stage is the Plustrust workshop. It enables applicants to clarify their ideas and come up with a coherent proposal. Plustrust then reviews the proposals, and finalizes the fellowship details and amount based on the need in each case.
The approach is inherently flexible, and the fellowship process has been adapted to address emerging needs and issues.
